OUR FEES

Basic application fee
(with 1 or 2 classes) EUR 200 / GBP 170 / USD 210 / CFC 190.
Additional class fee
From 3rd class – EUR 30 / GBP 25 / USD 35 / CHF 30 per class.

Our fee includes:

  • Preparation and submission of EU TM application.
  • Correspondence with EU IPO on all issues raised, except for the opposition or appeal proceedings (if such situation occurs - we notify you, present our evaluation – likely to win/loose and estimate of fees – and then you choose to go on with the procedure or abandon it).
  • Notification that it is time to renew your trade mark.
  • Remaining your representative in EU IPO until you cancel it.

We only charge you for what you order and clearly agree to pay. When you send us your mark or design for evaluation, we undertake to treat it and any other provided information confidentially without any obligation from your side.

We would analyse your mark/design and tell you, if it corresponds to the requirements of EUIPO, and we will look for potential risk of opposition.

We present our opinion for free and calculate the final price offer for preparing and submitting application.

Only if you choose to go on with using our service, we prepare an agreement and send it to you for signing (electronic signatures and scanned documents only, no paper documents will be sent).

Then we issue an invoice (you can choose to pay EU IPO/WIPO fees directly– we provide detailed instructions) and once we receive our payment - within one working day your application is submitted to EU IPO.
