How can I 
register?

We only charge you for what you order and clearly agree to pay. When you send us your mark or design for evaluation, we undertake to treat it and any other information confidentially.

We would analyse your mark/design, if it corresponds to the requirements of EUIPO and look for potential risk of opposition.

We present our opinion for free and calculate the final price for preparing and submitting application.

Then we sign the contract with you, issue an invoice (you can choose to pay EU IPO/WIPO fees directly to the institutions – we provide detailed instructions) and then within one working day your application is submitted.
