We are a boutique law firm specialising in IP law. We offer advice and services in protecting your mark or design by registering it, licencing it to your benefit and opposing against later marks or design which are confusingly similar to yours.

Our lawyer Laura Beinorienė, LL.M., studied law in Lithuania and Germany.

2004-2007 Laura worked at EU IPO as a trade mark and opposition examiner, so we know the procedure and practice from inside.

Now Laura works as professional representative for trade mark and design issues at EU IPO, WIPO and Lithuanian State Patent Bureau.
